Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of NCPL platforms and projects across multiple project locations 
• Assist in system configuration, deployment readiness, and go-live activities 
• Work closely with Development and QA teams to ensure releases are implementation-ready 
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely issue resolution 

• Act as a link between internal teams (Development, QA, Product) and on-ground implementation teams 
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners and field teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment plans 
• Track progress against timelines and ensure closure of implementation milestones 

• Engage with clients to understand operational requirements and workflows 
• Document requirements and support translation into system configurations or enhancements 
• Identify gaps between client needs and existing platform capabilities and flag appropriately 

• Manage daily support tickets, ensuring prioritization and timely resolution 
• Track bugs, enhancements, and change requests across projects 
• Support risk identification and mitigation to avoid delays or disruptions 

• Participate in regular project review and status meetings 
• Highlight blockers, dependencies, and risks in a timely manner 
• Contribute to improving processes for faster and more efficient implementation 

• Conduct training sessions for client teams, operators, and field staff 
• Support onboarding of new users and locations 
• Ensure effective system usage and adoption through continuous engagement 

• Provide ongoing support after go-live to ensure system stability 
• Gather user feedback and share inputs for improvements 
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Electronics, IT or related fields 
• Diploma in Computer/Electronics / Electrical /IIHT/Jetking, CCNA certification preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in implementation, technical support, or project coordination roles 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Development, QA, and Product 
• Exposure to UAT, client onboarding, and implementation lifecycle processes 
• Experience handling ticketing systems and managing issue resolution workflows

The candidate must be/have:

• Proficient in testing the software applications using various tools and methodologies available.
• Designing, building, deploying and supporting test infrastructures with automatic installations, test executions and built-in logging and reporting functions.
• Perform Functional and System Integration Testing Develop Test Artifacts (Test Cases, Test procedure and Test Requirement)
• Develop Integrated Test Strategy.
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers to obtain required information so that test code is developed in parallel with the application under test.
• Worked as a test engineer or similar role previously (2-5 years)
• Ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills – Java Programming, Knowledge of Test Automation Tools preferred Selenium, Technical & Analytical Problem-Solving Skills, System Testing, Product Testing, Test Plan, Network Testing, Test Execution, Regression Testing, Load testing on Websockets enabled applications.

Desired skills: Java, Jmeter, Knowledge of SQL Databases, Scripting Languages, C/C++ Programming, and Networking Concepts, Testing of Video and Audio Applications, Testing of medical devices.

We are looking for a Java Developer who possesses a passion for pushing Web technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation applications.

• Design and build advanced applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and API’s
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• In depth knowledge of Core Java/J2E concepts (Threading, Java Collection, Exception, OOPS) and hands on experience with Java libraries and packages
• Knowledge of Spring
• Good Relational Database knowledge
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
• Familiar with Eclipse
• Should have good aptitude and attitude.
• Knowledge of Linux is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins is a plus.
• Must be proficient in development environment and source control system knowledge of programming concepts debugging.
• Should be comfortable with SDLC Concepts and should be able to write SQL queries.
• Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with proven expertise in building scalable and reliable applications.
• Experience working in collaborative, agile environments and interacting with cross-functional teams is preferred.
