Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of product that includes both IT solution and Medical Devices
- Proficient in Hospital Information System, Hospital Management Information System
- Attending client calls on Installation, breakdown calls, and AMC calls across India
- Managing the Project-wise deployed Field Support Team
- Telephonic, skype and email support for the customers on the Product
- Supervise/maintain server
- Product training for Customers and trainee engineers
- Operation, management of Client’s Tele-Medicine Centre and Hub
- Coordination with customer/ patient in setting up tele-consultation
- Training of Customer’s staff at site and offsite as required
- Back-end coordination with technical team in smooth operation of process flow
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- B Tech/BE in Bio Medical Engineering preferred or Any Science Graduate with a Diploma in Computer/Electronics / Electrical /IIHT/ Jetking, CCNA certification.
- Team Management skills would be preferred.
- Should have good communication skills – both oral and written and strong customer orientation,
- Preferred Language- Good command on English and Hindi
- Basic experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of electronic products preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively
The candidate must be/have:
- Proficient in testing the software applications using various tools and methodologies available.
- Designing, building, deploying and supporting test infrastructures with automatic installations, test executions and built-in logging and reporting functions.
- Perform Functional and System Integration Testing Develop Test Artifacts (Test Cases, Test procedure and Test Requirement)
- Develop Integrated Test Strategy.
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers to obtain required information so that test code is developed in parallel with the application under test.
- Worked as a test engineer or similar role previously (2-5 years)
- Ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills – Java Programming, Knowledge of Test Automation Tools preferred Selenium, Technical & Analytical Problem-Solving Skills, System Testing, Product Testing, Test Plan, Network Testing, Test Execution, Regression Testing, Load testing on Websockets enabled applications.

About the Project
Neurosynaptic Communications works with a mission to enable access to quality and affordable healthcare for the masses through technology. Our Impact Division has been implementing several innovative digital healthcare projects across India, transforming primary healthcare delivery in underserved regions.
As part of this mission, we are expanding our efforts in Ratnagiri district by strengthening select Public Health Centers (PHCs) with technology-enabled healthcare solutions. These PHCs will leverage ReMeDi® digital health technology to facilitate teleconsultations, remote diagnostics, and integrated patient management, ensuring improved accessibility and quality of care. The project focuses on maternal and child health (MCH), non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and general outpatient services, in close collaboration with government health departments and local stakeholders.
To support this initiative, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and effective Project Coordinators to oversee the day-to-day operations, implementation, and monitoring of these 10 PHCs. The role will report to the Project Manager or any designated line manager as defined by the organization. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution, staff training, stakeholder coordination, and impact assessment, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities
For the above-mentioned project, some of the key responsibilities would include:
- Getting trained on complete telemedicine software and devices usage.
- Managing project infrastructure at the centres, including support & maintenance for medical devices, including spares management and replacement with Company and other vendors.
- Day-to-day event or incident reporting for any events / incidents at the centres, and their resolutions
- Frequently visiting all the centres to oversee.
- Observation, verification and reporting of the processes at the centres.
- Data collection from the software and in the field for further reporting and collation
- Processing of the collected data in the desired formats and presenting to the Project Manager/Line manager.
- Coordinate with local communities and influencers to organize health camps, outreach activities, branding and other activities to increase footfall to the project centers.
- Coordination activities for visitors to the centres, special events at the centres and project areas, as and when required.
- Carrying out training of the nurse staff on telemedicine and devices as and when required
- Other responsibilities related to the position, as assigned by the Project Manager/Line Manager from time-to-time.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Good and effective communication skills to engage with all stakeholders including members of the community, community influencers, doctors and nursing staff, vendors and suppliers, donor partners and others as required.
- Candidate should have good skills with the use of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Candidates should have experience in managing inventory and regularly creating and managing field activity reports.
- Candidate should be fluent (reading and writing) in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Should have good aptitude and attitude with ability to work independently under pressure
Educational Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate, with higher preference for individuals with Public Health, Social work, or pharmacy background
Work-experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination in rural / semi-urban programs in Maharashtra.
Experience of working in rural Public Health projects will be a distinct advantage.
Prior experience in working on a telemedicine / e-health program will be an added advantage.
